Terms of Use
Last updated 25 October 2026
The short version. Play fair, be kind with names, and don't cheat. Coins and items are part of the game and have no real-world value. We may change the game, and we can suspend players who break these rules.
These terms apply when you play Fizzle Wizards at play.fizzlewizards.com. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
- You can play as a guest. Guest progress is tied to your browser; if you clear its data, you may lose that progress and we may not be able to recover it.
- If you sign in with your email, keep access to that email address, since it's how you sign in. Don't use someone else's email.
- Signing in with an email is for players aged 13 or over, or younger players with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Coins and items
- Coins, XP, items, ranks and other rewards are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred outside the game.
- We may change prices, rewards, items and how the game works, for example to keep it balanced.
- If coins or items are gained through a bug, a mistake or cheating, we may remove them.
Fair play
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or modified clients, or automate play or rewards
- exploit bugs (please tell us about them instead)
- try to access other players' accounts, or interfere with the game's servers
- choose a wizard name that is offensive, hateful, impersonates someone, or shares personal information
- harass other players
If you break these rules, we may rename your wizard, remove rewards, hide you from the leaderboard, or suspend or delete your account.
The game itself
- Fizzle Wizards is a free game provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, change, or lose data, and we may end it.
- The game, its art, sounds and code belong to us. You may share screenshots and videos of your play.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for the loss of in-game progress, coins or items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also let players know in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
